It is with deep regret that we report that our Chairman, Paul Smith, passed away last November, at the age of 64.

Following a valiantly-fought battle with two brain tumours and with additional family problems, he finally succumbed on !6 November. His contribution will be greatly missed, as will his warmth and sense of humour.
